Estimate Nature & Additional Time

Estimates are based on average conditions and standard cleaning requirements. Initial cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and add-on services can be more time-intensive than regular cleanings.

If more time is required than originally estimated, this will result in a higher final total. We prioritize clear and prompt communication and will always seek your approval before extending the cleaning time.

If we're unable to reach you for approval within 15 minutes of identifying the need for additional time, we may have to temporarily cease the cleaning process and reschedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many cleaners come?
For initial cleanings, typically 2–4 cleaners depending on the size and condition of the home. For regular maintenance cleanings, usually 1 cleaner.
Will it always be the same cleaner?
We typically assign the same cleaner to recurring jobs. Occasionally a different cleaner may be assigned due to staff meetings, vacation, or sick days.
Is your company insured & bonded?
Absolutely. We are insured and bonded. Our cleaning techs also undergo background checks.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment — you don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use (for allergies, sensitivities, or personal preference), just let us know and we'll work with you.
How long will the cleaning take?
Initial cleanings take the longest — typically 3–5 hours with a team of 2–4 to reduce time in your home. Weekly/bi-weekly cleanings typically take 2–3.5 hours depending on size and needs.
Do I need to be here?
No. In fact we prefer an empty home so that we can complete the job without delays and so that we are not in your way. 🙂
